Return Policy
We offer 48HOURS return policy for the products you have purchased.
We take returns in the following scenarios :-
1) Did not like the product.
2) Garment did not fit me (size mismatch).
3) Received a damaged outfit (This happens only in a highly unlikely situation as we have multiple quality checkpoints before shipping the product.) For this the customer has to contact us immediately via call.
4)Return request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that following are the scenarios in which the return will not be accepted:-
1) Washed, used, altered outfits will not be taken back for return.
2) If original labels not intact and rate tags, packing material are not retained.
3) Outfits purchased during offers.
4) Outfits already exchanged cannot be returned.
5)Products that were fitted and altered to your sizes will not be accepted.
6)If the return request exceeds 48hours of delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Easy return steps to follow:
1) Raise a return request from your device.
2) Make sure all the original labels, rate tag, packaging material are retained and intact.
3)If your product is eligible for return, Reverse pick up will be initiated and delivery guy will reach you within 1-2 working days for collecting the product.
4) Please note the reverse pick up guy will attempt twice only to collect the product.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE DURING REVERSE PICK UP or REVERSE PICK UP NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY LOCATION?
You will have to do a self -booking for return, to the address.

WHEN WILL I GET REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT?

FOR PREPAID ORDERS:-
1)Allow us 10-15 days from the date of return request for the product to reach us.
2)Product will be sent for quality testing.
2)If the product is eligible, refund initiated mail will be sent.
4)In 48 hours refund will be initiated.

FOR COD ORDERS:-
1)Allow us 10-15 days from the date of return request for the product to reach us.
2)Product will be sent for quality testing.
3)If the product is eligible, refund initiated mail will be sent.
4)Refund will be initiated from 15 days – 1 month after mail is sentÂ
5)Extra charges that are applicable for cod order is non refundable.
